Resume
Systems work, from hands-on support to the messy middle.
I started with onsite equipment and user support at Google Sydney through Astreya, then moved through Apple, telco, healthcare IT, and independent systems work. A few years later the problems got broader: PACS workflows, RHEL servers, Microsoft 365, networks, migrations, hosting, dashboards, and the cleanup work that keeps teams moving.
Today I work across systems engineering, infrastructure cleanup, practical automation, and AI-enabled tooling where it solves a real operational problem.
