- AI assistants could discuss a schedule but could not work with the data in iCloud.
- Built
- An MCP service built on CalDAV and CardDAV, starting with calendars, reminders and contacts.
- Result
- Assistants can use those tools to check schedules, manage reminders and prepare a daily briefing.
Found Merch
A searchable collection of unusual company merch, with an archive for the things that disappear from stores.
- Problem
- Interesting company merch disappears when stores change or products sell out.
- Built
- A curated catalog and a separate collection pipeline that checks and normalises storefront data.
- Result
- Discontinued pieces stay discoverable, with their original store and source attached.
BOM Radar Card
Bringing the Bureau of Meteorology radar back to Home Assistant with a new tile-based map.
- Problem
- An older Home Assistant radar card stopped working when its data endpoint disappeared.
- Built
- A map using BOM’s image tiles, with playback, weather layers and Home Assistant controls.
- Result
- The radar runs directly in the dashboard without a proxy service or a separate weather provider.
